Panama Independence From Colombia Parade

I took about 90 photos and 14 videos of the Parade in David, Chiriquí on November 3. There will be more parades on November 28 when Panama celebrates its independence from Spain.

You can view the post and photos in my primary blog, http://chiriquichatter.net/blog/2006/11/03/david%e2%80%99s-independence-from-colombia-parade/

Tuesday's Trip To Cerro Punta

Tuesday I took a drive up to a friend's house in Cerro Punta in the Chiriquí Province of Panama. This is a rich fertile area that is known for being the breadbasket of Panama.

I took several photos, but not as many as I would have liked to have taken. I started too late in the day. I obviously am going to have to go back.

Here is a photo that will give you an idea of the beauty of this part of the world.

To read the entire article it can be found here. If you want to see other photos I have taken around Panama and a trip to Peru, this is my photo album.

Greetings From Panama

I have been curious about the Blogger system and thought I would give it a try. My primary Blog is currently Chiriquí Chatter. I have had a lot of people asked me about Blogger versus other platforms and decided I needed some personal experience.
